Who reviews the results?

A licensed psychologist with a SIPP number. The system drafts an initial conclusion, then the psychologist reviews it and writes their own assessment. Where the two differ, the report shows both.

What about participants who aren't recommended?

Reports describe fit, not failure. Someone who is a weaker fit for one role or programme may be a strong fit for another, and the report says so.

Is consultation always included?

One-on-one consultation is available on top, for participants and for your team.

How long until the report is released?

It depends on the number of participants and the instruments used. We agree the timeline with you before testing begins.

Can participants take the test on a phone?

Yes. Tests are designed for phones and laptops alike, and the test screen shows only the question, with nothing competing for attention.

Which languages are tests available in?

Indonesian and English, with the same quality in both. Participants choose their own language.

How is participant data protected?

Test results are treated as personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022), and are never used in marketing.
